What is Fleischfest?

Described as an event “well worth the cholesterol spike”, Fleischfest is a bi-annual barbeque hosted and funded by a dedicated group of grilling aficionados known as The Fleischmeisters, in Seoul, South Korean.

Started in 2003 by a few good folks with a deep-seated belief that “you don't win friends with salad”, the Fleischmeisters are dedicated to preparing a gastronomic feast that will satisfy any and all meat lovers.

As time goes by the event will continue to grow. As changes are made, please try to keep these traditions that have been around since the beginning.

Bylaws

None. This is a group of folks cooking meat for their friends and sharing the leftovers with the community.

Membership

• All members pay $100 for dues. No Exceptions!
• All members get a shirt
• New members must be nominated by existing members
